From MAX BRENNER CHOCOLATE BAR, various spring-only chocolate sweets "Green Tea Series" using green tea (matcha) were released on April 1st.

Three types of products have appeared: "Green Tea Fondue," "Green Tea Crepe Pasta," and "White Chocolate Green Tea Chocolate Tail."

Green tea fondue is a popular chocolate fondue with a special dip sauce of "Matcha x White Chocolate". There are three types of chocolate sauce, milk, dark and white, toffee sauce and green tea chocolate sauce. Dip coconut cookies, butter waffle cookies, and seasonal fruits into this and eat. The price is 2,200 yen.

Green tea crepe pasta is a "matcha-zukuri" pasta sweet that was devised by NY executive chef Catzy Guy Hamilton for the Japanese restaurant. Matcha is kneaded into the crepe dough and finished with rich green tea cream. The sweet and sour cherry and white chocolate chunks toppings seem to go well with the bittersweetness of matcha. The price is 1,550 yen.

White chocolate Green tea chocolate tail is a chocolate smoothie that was sold last year and was well received. It is finished with white chocolate, matcha and soy milk. You can enjoy a rich yet refreshing taste. The price is 700 yen.
