The store is located on the 1st floor of Hiroo Plaza, 5-6-6 Hiroo, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 21:00, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 8:30 to 21:00 (last order 20:30). If you come to the store on December 13th, the opening day, and buy food, drinks or products at the store, you will receive a "chocolate chunk pizza (slice)" as a gift.

In the spring of 2015, the fourth store in Japan, the LUCUA store, is scheduled to open on the 2nd floor of LUCUA Ele in Umeda, Osaka.
