The "gentle soy milk sweets" to be released this time are original sweets with a "gentle taste" that are finished without using wheat, milk, eggs, or white sugar. Rice flour and soy milk are used as raw materials, and instead of white sugar, "sugar beet" made from a plant called "sugar beet" is combined. Beet sugar is characterized by its mellow sweetness and richness, and it is said that it contains "oligosaccharides" that are not found in ordinary white sugar.

"Tiramisu-style" is a "tiramisu-style" soymilk sweet made without using dairy cheese. Soy milk mousse, crumble made from rice flour and cocoa (crushed cookies) are layered on top of a cocoa sponge cake made from rice flour. You can enjoy the bittersweetness of cocoa, the sweetness of sugar beet, and the crumbled texture.


On the other hand, "Berry Mousse" is a cocoa sponge cake made from rice flour, topped with soy milk mousse refreshed with lemon juice and a sauce made from raspberries. It is topped with blueberry and raspberry fruits and soymilk cream, and the acidity of the berries enhances the sweetness of the soymilk mousse.


In each case, a set menu "Rufuna Tea Set" (580 yen) with tea "Rufuna Tea" made in Sri Lanka is also prepared.


Also, for a limited time from the same day to the beginning of September, "Haupia Shake Pine & Coconut Sauce", which is an arrangement of the Hawaiian dessert "Haupia", will be on sale. The price is 240 yen.

Kellogg's cereal "All-Bran Blanc Flake" and Hawaiian pineapple "Maui Gold" are layered on a rich vanilla shake, and finished with coconut sauce. The smoothness of the shake, the crispy texture of the bran flakes, the mellow aroma and sweet and sourness of the pineapple, and the refreshing sweetness of the coconut sauce match the taste.
