To commemorate the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen on March 14, the "Noto Beef Fair" is being held at Hotel Nikko Kanazawa (Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture) where you can enjoy Ishikawa Prefecture's brand beef "Noto Beef". Until March 31st.


Noto beef is a branded beef of A3 rank or higher grown and produced in Ishikawa prefecture. It has a high content of oleic acid and is characterized by a healthy taste.

During the fair, you can enjoy a menu using Noto beef at 6 restaurants in the hotel. The menus and restaurants offered are as follows.

・ Lumiere ～ Hikari ～ (Lunch 6,000 yen, Dinner 14,000 yen) / 30th floor European Cuisine "La Plage"

・ Kanazawa Teppan-Eat Noto Beef- (100g (3.53oz) 13,000 yen, 150g (5.29oz) 15,000 yen, 200g (7.05oz) 17,000 yen) / 29th floor Teppan-yaki "Ginkgo"

・ Ryuho Course (14,000 yen) / 29th floor Chinese cuisine "Momo Lee"

・ Noto beef sukiyaki kaiseki (10,000 yen) / 6th floor Japanese cuisine "Benkei"

・ Kanazawa Marche Noto Beef Special Fair (4,500 yen for adults, 2,500 yen for elementary school students, 500 yen for infants) / 2nd floor buffet restaurant "The Garden House"

・ Noto Beef Premium Tonkatsu Sandwich (10,000 yen / 20 meals only) / 30th floor Sky Lounge "Le Grand Chario"
