The adult meat bistro "29 Bistro Gastros", which collects "delicious meat" from all over Japan and around the world, will open in Hiroo, Tokyo on March 18. ● The highlight of lunch time is the weekend-only "Akagi beef 140 days aged extra-thick roast beef"

Roast beef that is offered at a "cheap" price, limited to 20 meals each day only on Saturdays and Sundays. This menu uses Gunma prefecture brand beef "Akagi beef" that has been slowly aged for 140 days. The price is 150g (5.29oz) and 1,800 yen including tax. Eat juicy and rich roast beef with salt so that you can enjoy the original taste of meat.

A menu using "Madame Bulgo's Challans Duck", which is said to be "the best duck in the world" by starred chefs around the world. This duck is said to be the "especially rare" variety of duck in the Charan region of France, where only 600 ducks are released each month.
