This time, I ordered "Quatro" (400 yen), which wraps four kinds of cheese and loin ham, and "Porcini" (650 yen), which wraps Italian porcini. After waiting for about 5 minutes, the hot fried Frizza was delivered!

The dough is like fried bread, but it's even thicker, and the moment it bites, it starts crispy and the batter is crispy, and the more you chew, the more chewy the texture changes! The aroma of fried wheat spreads.

"Quatro" is an on-parade of cheese flavor and richness! The moment you eat it, the mellow scent of cheese flows into your mouth, and the umami attacks you! Moderate saltiness and deep flavor unique to cheese are irresistible. The ham is well contained and it is a perfect score to eat.

On the other hand, "porcini" is a luxurious dish with a lot of fluffy potatoes. The base of the taste is a rich cream sauce. Pepper is effective as an accent.

Cuatro and porcini were so delicious that I decided to try sweet frizza for dessert. I ordered "Mele" (400 yen), which is a combination of seasonal apples and caramel sauce.

The dough is packed with apples that have been fried to leave a crispy texture. The balance between the crunchy texture and the crunchy texture is exquisite! The aroma and bitterness of caramel and the aroma of the dough further enhance the sweetness of apples. I feel like I'm eating a luxurious apple pie.

I ate 3 kinds, but I wasn't hungry at all. Because Frizza of Semoa uses "cholesterol-free canola oil" for frying oil. I see, so maybe it wasn't oily and was delicious until the end.

By the way, the Frizza in the store is made by a unique manufacturing method, and even if it gets cold , the chewy texture is still alive. Furthermore, even if you cool it once and then reheat it, it will continue to be chewy, so even if you take it out, you can eat it deliciously at home.
