Earl Fritters is a specialty store of "French toast fritters (fried French toast)", a "new sense" hybrid sweet that combines French toast and fried rice flour bread. By combining bread made from domestic rice flour with apareil using a "special manufacturing method," it is said that it has a new taste and texture that has never been seen before.

There are 6 flavors of French toast fritters. The lineup includes "plain" with maple syrup added to the mellow sweetness of eggs and milk, "matcha" with bittersweet matcha mixed with black honey and soybean flour, and "hasaku" topped with lemon jam. There will also be an eat-in-only "meal-based" flavor.
