tcc is a popular cafe / restaurant that will definitely appear as a “recommended local cafe chain” in Singapore guidebooks. The first store in Japan, which opens a 1-minute walk from Ginza Station, has two floors, and the tcc Cafe & Restaurant on the lower floor (3rd floor) is a specialty coffee brewed in a siphon style in a casual atmosphere. You can enjoy more than 10 kinds of arranged coffee, pasta, sweets and so on.

Tcc's original burger made from 100% American beef "special putty". There is only "100% beef" and no "connector" is used, and a thick putty made only of beef is sandwiched. Therefore, the putty with moderate elasticity has a finish that you can feel the taste of meat firmly every time you chew.

Siphon brewed coffee from 880 yen
Just like the Singapore store, this straight coffee is siphoned and carefully brewed. You can enjoy a cup with a deep flavor and richness.
Inside the store, there is a roasting machine that says, "There are only a few in Japan." I am particular about using coffee beans that have been "roasted in-house" using this. Recently, third wave cafes have become a hot topic, but tcc has been offering coffee in this style for more than 10 years.
In addition to siphon coffee, coffee using an espresso machine or hand drip machine is also available, so you can choose your favorite style.

The best thing about tcc Steak & Seafood is the rib-eye steak with bones, which has a great impact on the appearance. It is said that beef that is rated as "high rank" certified by the United States Department of Agriculture is baked with a top-fired broiler.
By baking the outside with high heat to remove excess fat, juicy gravy is trapped, and the outside is fragrant and crispy, and when eaten, it becomes a soft "ideal steak".
Chile King Club 4,900 yen
Singapore's leading dish "Chilli crab". At home, it seems that doumangani and soft shell crabs are used, but this time, "king crab" unique to Japan is used daringly.
