"Chocolate Noir" is a mini shiro noir topped with chocolate sauce, fiantine (a lightly baked cookie dough with a crispy texture), and strawberry sauce using grained strawberries, with the image of "a fun time for Christmas".
Chocolate sauce is sandwiched between 64 layers of Danish pastry, and you can enjoy the taste and aroma that changes as you eat. Until Christmas, it will be served with a "holly" decoration.
