This menu is made by carefully baking soft and juicy ribeye (250g (8.82oz)). Served with baked macaroni and grilled vegetables.
Prior to its release, the En-eating editorial department was allowed to sample roast beef.
The "big size" roast beef, which is about 2 cm thick, drips gravy when you insert a knife. Though it was thick, it was surprisingly soft, and even my teeth could easily bite.
The meat has a strong umami and sweetness, but it has a surprisingly smooth taste. There was no burning or odor, and the fat part was not sticky, so I was able to finish the meal with this volume.
The garnish is accompanied by grilled celery, carrots and onions. The condition and softness of the fire are just right, and the aroma and sweetness of the ingredients spread throughout the mouth.
Baked macaroni is similar to the so-called "macaroni gratin". Bacon, onions and cheese are combined and baked. It was creamy and chewy, and served as the "staple food" for this plate.
A luxurious menu perfect for the holiday season. Why don't you enjoy it as a reward dinner for yourself who worked hard for a year as well as special days such as Christmas.
