At each cafe restaurant "Gusto", the "Hiroshima Oyster Fair", which offers a menu using only Hiroshima oysters, has been held since October 9th. The fair has been well received every year, and this year marks the third year.

There are 11 kinds of menus offered at the fair, including "Hamburg & Kaki Fry" (599 yen) and "Kaki Fry Wazen" (999 yen). Among them, "Japanese-style spaghetti with oysters and Kujo green onions" (599 yen) has the soft and flavorful "Kujo green onions" that have been traditionally produced in Kyoto, and the texture and taste of fluffy and juicy Hiroshima oysters. It seems to be a "confident work" with excellent balance.

The fair will be held until December 10th. Sales hours are excluding the morning hours (~ 10:30 am).
