At each Freshness Burger store, two types of "Kuroge Wagyu Burger Horseradish Sauce" and "Kuroge Wagyu Cheeseburger Horseradish Sauce" will be released on October 10th.


Horseradish is also called "Western wasabi" and is a condiment characterized by the "sharp spiciness" that is indispensable for roast beef. The two products to be released this time are combined with a creamy "horseradish sauce" that uses plenty of horseradish from Hokkaido and adds white miso to the secret flavor.

"Kuroge Wagyu Burger" is a combination of 100% Japanese black beef patty, watercress with a refreshing scent and spiciness, and sweet grilled onion. The "Kuroge Wagyu Cheeseburger" is topped with red cheddar cheese and has a rich flavor.

The individual prices are 590 yen for "Kuroge Wagyu Burger Horseradish Sauce" and 690 yen for "Kuroge Wagyu Cheeseburger Horseradish Sauce", both excluding tax.
