At this fair, there is a lineup of sweets and meal menus that use plenty of apples, as well as chestnuts and sweet potatoes, which are autumn ingredients. "Mont Blanc pancakes with chestnuts and nuts" studded with astringent skin chestnuts, nuts and strawberry, and "French pancakes with sweet potatoes and apples" that combine red azuma and apple boiled pancakes made with French toast are offered.
