Morinaga Milk Industry's premium ice cream "PARM" will release "PARM Matcha Tiramisu (1 bottle)" on September 4th. The estimated price is 130 yen (excluding tax).

This is a bar ice cream made by combining matcha ice cream and cheese ice cream in a spiral shape and coating it with matcha chocolate that melts in your mouth. For matcha ice cream and matcha chocolate, 100% of "Uji Matcha Ichibancha" is used, which is characterized by its rich aroma and solid richness. Also, by using mascarpone cheese for cheese ice cream, it seems that it is finished with a taste like high-quality matcha tiramisu.

Personally, I think the most distinctive feature of PARM is "melting in the mouth." The coated chocolate, which is made by sticking to the melting temperature, creates a melting texture.

There is no reason why the taste of "Matcha Tiramisu" does not match this melting taste! With that said, I'm looking forward to the release date of (?) Palm's Matcha Tiramisu, which has already been promised deliciousness.
