At each 7-ELEVEN store, "Reward Sweets", "Red Mousse Cake Berry & Creme Brulee" and "Sachertorte Originating in Vienna" for Premium Friday will be released on August 25th. The price is 328 yen each (tax included).

Red mousse cake Berry & Creme Brulee is a cake where you can enjoy the sweet and sour harmony of berries and creme brulee. Sponge, berry sauce, creme brulee and berry mousse are layered and finished with a bright red berry sauce.


On the other hand, Sachertorte, which originated in Vienna, is a cake where you can enjoy a combination of rich chocolate and apricot jam. Apricot jam is combined with chocolate sponge using couverture and coated with chocolate with a crispy texture. It is finished by decorating the chocolate plate.
