Azabujuban Agetomochiya

I was curious about Azabu Juban Agetomochiya when I saw it in the Depa basement of Seibu Ikebukuro. I was curious about it when I saw it in Seibu Ikebukuro's Depa basement.


Inside the store, you will find a wide variety of Agedimochi wrapped in brightly-colored packages. A variety of flavors are available, from the standard "soy sauce" to the slightly unique "pancetta. We actually tried them and compared them.â

Shio Lemon Aged Mochi

Let's start with the most popular "Shio Lemon Aged Mochi". The price is 410 yen (tax included, same as below). The cool package with goldfish swimming in it is said to be only available in summer.



These bite-size fried rice cakes are amazingly crispy and crunchy! When you bite into it, the refreshing sourness of the lemon flavor spreads out. The crispy peanuts add a nice accent.

Pancetta Ate Mochi

Pancetta Agemochi, packaged in a silver base with white and green lines, is a limited edition item available only at the Azabu Juban main store and the Tokyo Daimaru store. It is also the No. 2 most popular item at the main store. 3 packs, priced at 442 yen.


Personally, this one is quite a hit! Pancetta" is pork marinated in salt, and this product also contains dried bacon. The salty, slightly garlic-flavored fried rice cake is so good that you can't stop eating it! The dried bacon is also crispy and extremely tasty. It is the perfect flavor to go with wine or beer. Recommended as a souvenir for someone with a bit of style.

Summer Vegetable Fried Rice

Summer Vegetable Fried Chicken is a summer-only product, priced at 518 yen for three bags. It contains five kinds of vegetables: bitter gourd, small tomatoes, green beans, pumpkin, and sweet corn.


All of the vegetables in this summer vegetable snack have a rich, natural flavor and are extremely tasty! Bitter melon, sweet mini-tomatoes, crispy green beans, pumpkin with a hint of flavor and sweetness, and sweet corn fried to a crisp with concentrated sweetness...these are some of the best vegetable chips I have ever eaten. These are by far the best vegetable chips I've ever had! Looks like a good summer snack for children...
