Fujiya "Autumn Sweets Fair"
The taste of autumn is now available at Fujiya! (All image sources are official websites)

"Autumn Sweets Fair" will be held at each Fujiya store. In addition to the "autumn taste" of potatoes, chestnuts and pumpkins, fruit cakes using apples, La France and Shine Muscat are now available.

First, "Premium Montblanc (Kumamoto Prefecture Waguri)" will be released on August 31st, and "Premium Shortcake (Shine Muscat)" will be released in mid-September as a "premium series" using carefully selected ingredients.

Premium Montblanc (Waguri from Kumamoto Prefecture) is a Montblanc made by sandwiching a marron dice cut in a fluffy sponge cloth and luxuriously layering a paste of Waguri from Kumamoto Prefecture.

On the other hand, Premium Shortcake (Shine Muscat) is a shortcake that uses Shine Muscat luxuriously between the sponge and on the top. It seems that the whipped cream and the fresh Shine Muscat go well together.
