This is chilled chazuke that you can enjoy by adding your favorite rice balls and cold water (both sold separately). Simply put the rice balls in a cup, sprinkle with chilled salted sudachi chazuke and cold water, and you can easily enjoy refreshing ochazuke anywhere.
It is said that the flavor of sudachi is added to the base of kelp, and the taste is moderately sour and refreshing.
