The new summer dessert "Cotton Candy Bonbon Smoothie" will be released on June 1st at each Cafe & Books Bibliotheque store.
This is a "drink parfait" made by layering plenty of fresh cream and confiture on a homemade cold smoothie and topping a heap of fresh fruit on top of a layer of vanilla ice cream. Comes with a playful, cotton candy bonus.
There are three flavors: strawberry (1,700 yen), muscat (1,700 yen), and banana caramel (1,500 yen). You can enjoy the perfect balance between the gentle sweetness of fresh cream and vanilla ice cream and the refreshing acidity of fruits.
