The "Early Summer Sweets Fair" will be held from May 26th at the Fujiya pastry shop. A lineup of summer-like parfaits that combine fresh fruits and jellies.

"Strawberry Parfait" is a parfait made with strawberry jelly containing flesh, with white chocolate and sponge with a crunchy texture and custard cream spread under a milky mousse that melts in your mouth. The top surface is decorated with glittering crush jelly, strawberries, and blueberries to give it a cool look. The price is 460 yen (tax included, same below).

"Chocolate Parfait" is a parfait made with coffee jelly with chocolate, chocolate sponge, and chantery cream spread under chocolate mousse. The top surface is decorated with vanilla mousse and chocolate truffles that look like vanilla ice cream. The price is 400 yen.

"Melon Parfait" is a parfait made with whipped cream and sponge under vanilla mousse and finished with refreshing melon jelly. A juicy melon is displayed on the top surface. The price is 420 yen.

At stores with manufacturing facilities, "Strawberry Parfait," "Fruit Parfait," "Chocolate Orange Parfait," "Chocolate Banana Parfait," and "Juicy Melon Parfait" are also on sale. Items selected from these are handled at each store.
