This is a menu in which a lot of green onions are sprinkled on a loin cutlet as if it were "bukkake" and sprinkled with Japanese pepper. The numbing spiciness of Japanese pepper and the aroma peculiar to green onions are entwined with the taste of pork cutlet, and you can enjoy the addictive taste.
