The bean paste is made from the finest azuki beans "Miyabi" from Tokachi, Hokkaido, which are large and have a bright red luster. It is made by carefully rolling up azuki beans little by little to leave the grain and aroma of the azuki beans. It seems to be characterized by its elegant sweetness.

The store is located in Tobu Ikebukuro Station, 1-1-21 Nishiikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 10:00 to 22:00.
