Raw dorayaki using red beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido

At each 7-ELEVEN store (excluding some stores), a new sweets product, "Raw Dorayaki (Grain An & Whip) using red beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido," was released on May 2. The price is 220 yen (tax included). Part of Tokai, Kinki, and Hokuriku areas will be released in June.

This product is a Western-style dorayaki sandwiched with red bean paste and rich whipped cream. The dough is carefully baked one by one on a copper plate. Azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido are used for the bean paste. It is said that it is finished in a smooth mouthfeel with little skin residue.
