This is an unseen face! Moreover, if it is a sweet from Hanabatake Farm, I expected that the taste would be correct ... I tried it immediately, and it was so delicious that I couldn't believe it, and I would like to report that it turned into a flower garden in my brain!

◆ Sweet-melting catalana

"Catalana" is a dessert with crispy caramel on top of custard. It is a sweet similar to creme brulee.


A frozen dessert that is crispy by baking the surface of the baked pudding one by one with a burner. Perhaps because it is frozen and absorbs water, it feels more sticky than crispy when you put a spoon in it. It has a slightly crispy texture when eaten.



The ice cream melts with the heat of the mouth, creating a harmony of rich egg richness, caramel bitterness, and the sweet scent of vanilla. The taste is strong and delicious even though it disappears smoothly!

◆ Tiramisu has an exquisite tart bitterness

Tart de Frozen Sweets Tiramisu is a tart-style frozen tiramisu made with Hokkaido cream and homemade mascarpone cheese. The surface is topped with cocoa powder.


Cheese cream melts in the mouth and melts softly, giving it a subtle sweetness, a refreshing acidity, and a mellow richness. The tart dough is crispy and moist. With a crisp bitter, it accentuates the mellow taste of cheese.
