The first custom burger restaurant "The Counter" from California, USA, opened in Tokyo Midtown (Roppongi) on March 31st.

A hamburger restaurant where you can enjoy "more than 1 million custom burgers". You can order your own original hamburger by selecting the type of putty and cheese, sauce, and topping according to the order sheet. You can also order a "salad style" that changes the buns to leafy vegetables such as lettuce and kale (additional charge of 250 yen).


In addition to the standard hamburger menu made with the shop's recommended toppings such as "The Counter Burger" (1,390 yen), side menus such as salads, potatoes, and shakes, a wide variety of alcoholic beverages are also available.
