FamilyMart Cold Chinese 2017

At each FamilyMart store (excluding some stores), the 2017 version of "Cold Chinese" was released on March 28th.

FamilyMart This year's chilled Chinese food features the newly adopted "three-layer egg noodles." In addition to the smooth and comfortable throat and rich egg flavor, you can enjoy the chewy outside and the crispy texture inside.

Excellent texture and flavor! I don't think it's a convenience store noodle

The lineup consists of the following three types. * Prices shown include tax, neither of which is available in Miyazaki and Kagoshima prefectures.

・ Cold Chinese food 480 yen
Standard cold Chinese food. The soup is a bouillon glass soup made from chicken gala and flavored vegetables mixed with sesame oil. The char siu is made from Andean highland pork loin, and you can enjoy its moist mouthfeel and rich flavor.

・ A lot of mini-chilled Chinese food 350 yen
A product with less noodles and about the same amount of ingredients as normal size. This is convenient when you have no appetite or want to eat other things such as rice balls.

Less noodles, firm ingredients

The soup is a base that combines the flavors of whole chicken chicken bouillon and kelp with the flavors of 2 types of soy sauce, lemon juice, 3 types of vinegar, and oyster sauce. It has a refreshing taste with a slightly stronger acidity than the above products.

Char siu uses Danish pork roses. You can enjoy a well-balanced taste of the taste of meat and the sweetness of fat.

・ Hiyashi chuka 470 yen
A lineup of gomadare that is popular among women. The soup is made by adding kneaded sesame seeds to a bouillon cooked with whole chicken to create a taste with a good balance of sweetness and umami. Plenty of steamed chicken is enough to eat.

Entangled with plenty of rich soup in noodles

By the way, the amount of vinegar mixed in the soup is increased as the temperature rises in the cold Chinese food at convenience stores, and it seems that it will be finished with a refreshing and strong acidity in the hot season. All of the cold spring Chinese soups are slightly sweet. It may be interesting to try eating while being aware of the difference.
