The mozzarella sandwich shop "Mmmozza" from Paris, France has landed for the first time in Japan. The first Harajuku store will open on March 30, and the second Aoyama store will open at the end of April.

Born in the North Marais district of Paris in 2011, Mmmozza is a "fresh maid" mozzarella sandwich shop that focuses on milky buffalo mozzarella cheese and volume. It is said to be "the most delicious sandwich shop in this gourmet city".

The sandwich is made by pouring plenty of fragrant olive oil into a baguette of about 30 cm that is baked every day, sandwiching rich buffalo mozzarella and charcuterie (processed meat) that is sliced after receiving an order. .. The creamy richness and sourness unique to the rare buffalo mozzarella overflows into the mouth with almost no seasoning.
