"Strawberry COLLECTION" is being held until February 26th at each Cafe Comsa store. A lineup of 5 types of cakes using various varieties of strawberries.

For the "cake of" Kotoka "from Heguri Town, Nara Prefecture," we use a rare original strawberry from Nara Prefecture, which has only 9 producers in Japan. The rich sweetness and mellow scent of the ancient capital, Hana, is adorned all over the base of the mascarpone.

"Strawberry cake from Fukasaku Farm in Ibaraki Prefecture" uses strawberries from Fukasaku Farm, which has won the "Ibaraki Strawberry Grand Prix" for three consecutive years. From the three types of "Kingberry," "Love Song," and "Hinaichigo," two types that arrived from Fukasaku Farm on that day will be used.
