Ivorish "Roll-up Toast Maple"

"Roll-up toast" is sold at each French toast specialty store Ivorish.

This is a baked confectionery that looks like "the good points of Danish pie cookies". There are two types, "Maple" with maple jam in the dough and "Blueberry" with blueberry jam, dried cranberries and pecan nuts in the dough. Both are said to be able to enjoy a "crispy and moist new texture".
