Perfect for souvenirs
The popular "Starry Sky Cake" will be available at the Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory this year as well. Limited to Haneda Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 stores, it will be on sale from December 16th to early January 2017 (scheduled). It will end as soon as it runs out.
This is a cake made by wrapping a two-layered cream with a ganache layer using Belgian chocolate and a brulee layer using Hokkaido cream in a crispy cookie dough. Gold leaf and silver leaf, which is the image of a starry sky, are studded on the surface. The price is 2,000 yen (tax included).
