From the Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory, the popular "Starry Sky Cake" will be released this year (2018) as well. It is sold at two stores, Haneda Airport Terminal 1 and Passenger Terminal 2. The price is 2,160 yen (tax included).
A two-layer cake made with a ganache layer using Belgian chocolate and a brulee layer using Hokkaido cream. Wrapped in crispy cookie dough. The surface is topped with gold leaf and silver leaf in the image of a starry sky.
