At the all-day dining "Cerise" in Conrad Tokyo (Minato-ku, Tokyo), a strawberry-themed sweets buffet "Adult Strawberry Buffet" will be held. Limited to weekends from January 14th to February 26th, 2017.

This buffet is supervised by a female chef from Argentina and has an "elegant and original" lineup.

The item of interest is "Fresier". It uses a thick cream that is a mixture of custard cream and butter, and it is said that it is a gorgeous "sweets for adults" with a slight scent of Western liquor Kirsch.

In addition, there are 9 types of sweets such as brownies, cupcakes, creme brulee, mousse, and fresh strawberry, and 3 types of savory such as foie gras and strawberry compote finger sand.

You can choose from 4 types of black tea in the set. There is also a plan with a glass of champagne for an additional 1,000 yen.

The holding time is from 15:00 to 17:00, and the fee is 4,000 yen per person (tax and service charge not included).
