The new cup yogurt product "Pierre Hermé Yogurt Amphiniman Vanille" was released on December 6th. The purchase price is 145 yen (tax included).

This is a yogurt in collaboration with Pierre Hermé, who is called "Picasso in the patisserie world". It seems that "Amphiniman Vanille (ideal vanilla)" is expressed.


I was curious about the "new texture" of the package and the stylish design, so I tried it.

The texture is slightly "more mellow" than ordinary yogurt. Black grains that seem to be vanilla beans can be seen here and there.


The texture is creamy and fluffy. It is a light melt that contains air, like fresh cream that has been whipped.


Moderate sweetness, good vanilla scent, and rich taste. The rich taste with less acidity is like cream sweets different from yogurt. There is plenty of satisfaction.

This is the expression of "Constellation (unparalleled)". It is a little looser than Vanille, but the fluffy mouthfeel is the same.

The ingredients are juicy strawberries and orange grains. The sweet and sour taste and the unique scent of cardamom (spices) give it a somewhat exotic taste.


The calories per piece are 165 kcal for Vanille and 167 kcal for Constellation. It's perfect for snacks when you want to reduce calories, or when you want something sweet at night.
