"Kyoto Yasaka Shrine Mae", the first store in Kyoto Prefecture of PABLO, a store specializing in freshly baked cheese tart, will open on November 12th. Limited menus using local ingredients will be on sale.

"Dark Kyoto Uji Matcha Cheese Tart with Chestnuts and Warabimochi" is a moist tart made by adding chestnuts and warabimochi to a cheese dough mixed with plenty of Uji Matcha. Warabimochi and chestnuts, which are soft to the touch, accentuate the texture. The price is 1,500 yen (tax included, same below).

"Melting cheese pudding Shiratama Uji matcha" is a pudding made by mixing cream cheese pudding dough with Uji matcha from Kyoto and sprinkling matcha sauce. You can enjoy the richness of cheese and the mellow taste of Uji matcha. The price is 360 yen.

"Tamba no Kuromame Tokinako Fruite" is a Japanese-style sweet drink that combines cream cheese with Tanba black soybeans, Kyoto kinako, and black honey sauce. You can enjoy the aroma of Kyoto soybean flour and the simple and elegant taste of black soybeans. The price is 650 yen.
