A collaboration between PABLO, a store specializing in freshly baked cheese tart, and "Kitakawa Hanbei Shoten," a long-established store in Uji tea, Kyoto. A pop-up store "Kitakawa Hanbei by PABLO" will open from September 15th to September 24th at the Pablo Yasaka Shrine store in Kyoto.

Selling cheese sweets featuring Uji matcha supervised by Hanbei Kitagawa. "Kuromitsu scented Uji matcha cheese tart-with chestnut and warabi mochi" is baked by adding warabi mochi, chestnut and black honey sauce to Uji matcha cheese dough. The price is 1,500 yen (tax included, same below).


For the small palm-sized cheese tart, we have a lineup of "Pablo Mini-Uji Matcha from Kyoto Prefecture" with squeezed Uji Matcha from Kyoto Prefecture and "Pablo Mini-Hojicha from Kyoto Prefecture" with squeezed roasted green tea. Both are topped with chestnuts. The price is 300 yen each.



"Raw cheese soft serve ice cream from Kyoto Prefecture Uji matcha / hojicha" is a combination of Pablo's original soft serve ice cream with cream cheese and Uji matcha or hojicha. The price is 400 yen. For +200 yen, you can add toppings such as white balls, chestnut kanro-ni, black honey sauce, and yokan.
