Crimson sweets
Rose sweets "Beauty Rose" was released on October 28th at each pastry shop "Red Balloon". The price is 2,160 yen for the hall (12 cm in diameter) and 540 yen (tax included) for the petite size.
This is a sweet and sour flamboise mousse with lychee, framboise, and rose jelly, and a frangipanne dough layered on top of it. Finished with bright red glasage and chocolate cream, edible roses and framboise. Rose liqueur is used for glasage and chocolate cream, and it seems that a faint rose scent spreads. Contains collagen peptide.
