Zenzai-style Danish pastry is a sweet bread topped with red and white fertilizer and chestnut-filled bean paste, which is based on the image of "Izumo zenzai" on a chewy Danish pastry. The dough uses rice flour from Shimane prefecture. The price is 145 yen (tax included).

Shimane Prefecture fig soymilk whipped eclair is an eclair with fig jam, soymilk whipped cream, and custard cream. It is coated with chocolate and topped with almonds. Jam figs are from Shimane prefecture. The price is 150 yen (tax included).
