Kihachi pie is sold in limited quantities every day for two and a half hours from 14:30 to 17:00. Kihachi's Maron Pie, which will be released this time, is a new autumn work using chestnuts, following the popular "melon" in the summer.

In order to make the best use of the taste of chestnut itself, we use chestnut boiled in astringent skin and combine it with marron cream, creme shanti (fresh cream), and custard cream baked into "crispy" pie dough. About 6 chestnuts are contained in one cut, and it seems that the deliciousness of chestnuts is tightly packed.
