The restaurant is a new type of yakiniku restaurant where meat ordered on the touch panel is carried to the audience seats in the high-speed lane where a miniature airplane is installed, along with the takeoff sound of a jet plane. A wide variety of menus are prepared, with a focus on beef that is thoroughly managed. You can enjoy the rare "Chinese beef directly from Sekimura ranch", fresh domestic special ribs, premium skirt steak, and assorted extra-thick beef tongue.
