This is a luxurious French toast with pure fresh cream from Hokkaido and white peach compote from Yamanashi prefecture. French toast is made by soaking the original additive-free round bread with apareil for 24 hours, and the outside is crispy and fragrant, and the inside is moist and fluffy like souffle.
