Plenty of peaches
LeTAO, an Otaru Western confectionery store, released the sweets "Grand Luxe de Peche", which is perfect for midsummer, on July 28th. Limited time until August 31st. The price is 3,888 yen (tax included).
This is a baked cheesecake made from cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and sour cream, spread with two types of peaches. As for peaches, white peaches with an elegant sweetness called Okubo and golden peaches with a juicy and rich sweetness are used. It seems that you can enjoy the refreshing taste of Amasa Hikaeme.
