Three new cakes using mango will be released on July 22 at the raw cake dealers in the Ginza Cozy Corner (excluding some stores). All are summer limited products.

"Mango sunflower cake" is a cute cake made by squeezing mango cream like a sunflower flower. You can enjoy the luxurious taste of coconut mousse with the rich sweetness of mango. The size is 3.5 and the price is 1,490 yen (tax included, same below). Limited sale on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays until August 21st.


"Berry & Mango" is a cake made by sandwiching mango cream with cocoa sponge. Strawberry mousse is layered and finished with raspberry jelly and fruit. The sweetness of mango, the acidity of berries, and the bitterness of cocoa are in harmony. The price is 486 yen. Sale until August 25th.


"Mango Fruit Roll" is a roll cake made by wrapping mango jelly and fresh cream with a soft sponge and finishing with mango fresh cream and fruit. The rich sweetness of mango and the refreshing acidity of fruits are perfect for summer. The price is 1,922 yen. Sale until September 8th.
