"Shiromoko ~ Milk Mousse ~" will be on sale from July 12th in the Tokyo metropolitan area and some 7-ELEVEN stores in Ibaraki prefecture (excluding parts of Saitama prefecture). The price is 140 yen (tax included).

This is a white cream puff that is made by filling a chewy choux pastry with milk mousse that melts in your mouth. The dough is baked using white yolk eggs.

The dough is the same as the one sold in some areas such as Chiba prefecture, but the cream inside is different. Last time, custard and whipped cream were used, but this time, a refreshing "milk mousse" is added for the summer. It seems that you can enjoy the original richness of milk.
