"Dark Matcha Moko" is sold at each 7-ELEVEN store (excluding some stores). The price is 140 yen (tax included).
This is a product of the "Shiromoko" series, which is 1.2 times more Uji matcha. Matcha cream is contained in the "fluffy texture" dough that is baked under strict temperature control.
Uji Matcha is from "Kyoto Marukyu Koyamaen," which won the Minister's Award 21 times at the National Tea Fair. Only the more fragrant Uji matcha "Shirobasu" is used.
A smooth matcha cream in a chewy dough! When you cut it, the space inside the dough is conspicuous, and it seems that the cream has no volume, but it is thanks to this space that you can enjoy the "fluffy" texture when you bite it!
The cream has a mild sweetness and a moist finish. It goes well with the chewy dough. It is a refreshing dish that you can enjoy the faint aroma and bitterness of matcha and the refreshing aftertaste.
7-ELEVEN "Dark Matcha Moko" that makes you feel fluffy. Recommended for matcha lovers as well as fans of the Shiromoko series!
