"Melting Cream Bun Shimizu Hakuto" is on sale from July 3rd at Hattendo's Osaka, Kobe, and Okayama stores. The price is 320 yen (tax included) per piece.

This is a new work of the "Melting Cream Bun" series, which is made by mixing fresh cream with handmade custard and adding flavor. The development came from the voice of the sales staff, who said, "While having a store in Okayama Prefecture, there is no cream bun using fruits from the" fruit kingdom "Okayama."

Using the luxury brand white peach "Shimizu white peach" representing Okayama prefecture, the base cream and the compote of Shimizu white peach are injected into the dough. You can enjoy the harmony of cream and peach that melts in your mouth.
