Five new sweets using melon and white peach will be released on June 24th at the fresh cake dealers in the Ginza Cozy Corner (excluding some stores). Limited time until August 25th.

"Melon Dome" is a tart-style dome cake made by layering fresh cream and melon mousse on custard containing grain melon jelly. You can enjoy the grainy texture of jelly and the smooth texture of mousse. The price is 594 yen (tax included, same below).


"Peach Dome" is a tart-style dome cake with half-split white peach layered on top of custard and sponge. The elegant sweetness of white peach and the mellow custard go well together. The price is 594 yen.


"Melon short" is a "reward cake" with a luxuriously rich red meat melon and a refreshing blue meat melon. Under the flesh, red meat melon jelly and coconut mousse are hidden. The size is No. 3.5. The price is 1,490 yen. Limited edition on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, sold until July 18th.


"Melon Mille Crepe" is a cake made by layering coconut-flavored cream, blue meat melon jelly, red meat melon jelly, and crepe. You can enjoy the refreshing taste of melon. The price is 486 yen.


"White peach and black tea pie" is a cake made by layering strawberry-flavored sponge and black tea cream with white peach dice on top of pie dough. It seems that the sweetness of white peach melts into the flavor of fragrant black tea. The price is 432 yen.
