A hearty shaved ice parfait

"Himuro" will be available from June 15th at the Gion Main Store only. The price is 1,251 yen (tax included).

This is a shaved ice parfait with 3 types of ice cream (matcha sherbet, yuzu sorbet, and salt ice cream) on top of the shaved ice of Uji matcha. It is topped with white balls, red beans, strawberries and yuzu gummies. You can enjoy the refreshing taste of yuzu sorbet and salted ice cream.
