A summer-only shaved ice menu is offered at Saryo Tsujiri. The lineup includes "Tsujiri Goori", which has been renewed to further improve the tea feeling, and "Honey Lemon", which has a refreshing aftertaste.

Metropolitan ice

Matcha ice cream, genmaicha ice cream, matcha jelly and roasted green tea jelly are added to the shaved ice with plenty of matcha honey, and the fluffy azuki beans made by Tojiri are topped with shiratama with a chewy texture. If you add matcha honey to your liking, you can enjoy the rich matcha flavor until the end even if you continue to eat and the ice begins to melt.

Honey lemon

A new ice menu from Tojiri. Sweet and sour honey Lemon espuma is gently topped on ice with plenty of lemon honey. There is yogurt ice cream inside, and lemon and roasted green tea jelly soaked in syrup bring a refreshing feeling to your mouth. A little adult shaved ice with just the right amount of acidity and bitterness.
