"Domestic pineapple" will be on sale from June 14th at some Natural Lawson stores in Tokyo, Chiba, and Kanagawa. It will end as soon as it is sold out. The price is 980 yen (tax included).

Two kinds of "ripe" pineapples from Okinawa will be released. One is the yellow flesh, which has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and is characterized by a refreshing taste, "Bogor". The other is "peach", which is called "peach pine" because it has white flesh, pink skin, and a sweet scent like peach.

Bogor is soft to the core and can be torn by hand and eaten. On the other hand, peach has less acidity and you can enjoy rich sweetness.

The seller is the "Earth Protection Association," which operates the organic food delivery service "Earth Delivery." Pineapple is an unripe fruit that does not become sweeter when harvested. Therefore, the company will offer domestic pineapples that are "harvested when they are the most delicious and ripe."
