This is a commercialized work that won the Grand Prix at the Eat & Menu Grand Prix, an in-house contest run by Osaka Ohsho. Plenty of domestic cabbage is used as an ingredient. You can enjoy the moderate flesh of minced pork and the sweetness of tightly packed cabbage.
